Caveman Creations is about connecting people with beautiful handmade works to enhance the environment around them. Pieces for both indoor living spaces and outdoor areas.

We try to find as many unique Artists and works made from as many varying materials to bring interest, colour ,texture and style into your home. Furniture, Lighting, Sculpture, Serving Boards and Art crafted from Timber, Hebel, Stone, Steel, Copper, Concrete and Glass as well as Paper, Paint, Pastels and Fabric.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Michael 'Schoey' Schoemaker
As one of the major contributing artists for Caveman Creations I love to create big bold pieces using bright colours and natural materials. I have created for many years as time and life have allowed.

How-ever over the past three or four years I have focused a lot more on creating. I am willing to try different mediums.
I have always worked in timber mainly salvaged and recycled timber or trees destined for the chipper or firewood.
​
I love unusual shapes, highly figured and natural edge which I like to transform into imaginative furniture.
Currently I am working in many mediums such as timber, Hebel, glass, steel, copper, paper, resin as well as watercolour and acrylic.
​
Showing of the grain and the story of the tree is what inspires me. I love to create colourful creations which when shared give a sense of joy, fun and improves the spaces we live in.
Art is to be shared and enjoyed.
